“Excellent communication. Kept to time. Worked really hard cleaning for over 3 hours. Above & beyond Phil went and bought special clue to fix my guttering. Very thoughtful and caring about my property”

Came to view the job quoted us for it, agreed a date had a text on the morning job was supposed to start to say he thought he had Broken his ankle getting through the back gate. The entry was clear and he wasn't picked up on our camera as even having arrived. Took days for any contact after the initial message saying he would keep us updated. Thought it was too good to be true, should have said and we would have paid more if he thought he had underpriced the job
