All materials, tools and equipment was provided hassle free and work preparation was done in an organised way. Work was carried out methodically and at speed. All members of staff were polite friendly and helpful to me and my husband. The job was finished to a very high standard and everything was tidied up and left clean. RG Building has redone the facade of my house. Having had a look at the issue (pebble render no longer waterproof) he advised me on the issue and various potential solutions. He answered all my questions until we arrived at the solution which I consider ideal, providing a white plastic panelling on top of the render and replace the outside plumbing. On very short notice Roger agreed to also add some insulation underneath. All was installed in the period agreed. Unfortunately there was a little bit of collateral damage. Being a very honourable businessman, Roger not only organized the repair but also paid for it! All the work was done to my full satisfaction and I not only have no more water on the inside of my window, but I now love this facade of the house which was not the case before. This was the third piece of work Roger did for me and the results were all of great quality short and long term. I whole heartily recommend RG Building to anyone who needs building work done!
We had a damp cold laundry room with resident spiders in every corner. Roger and his team have now transformed this room into a pleasant workable area with an added bonus…a downstairs toilet. Roger and his team were on the ball and understood the frustrations of a couple who had never had any building work before and guided us through with patience and understanding. Their work is impeccable and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Responded to my initial enquiry promptly, and likewise for the quotation. Work completed in good time and cleaned up afterwards. Friendly and professional.
Roger carried out work for us on our flat roof over garage and utility following a string of leaks due to previous work carried out by another company . He explained what had gone wrong and explained what he needed to do to correct it . He put me at ease and he is very knowledgeable and carried out the necessary work to a high standard . He informed me each day what he would be doing the next day and what time he would arrive . I was given Rogers details by my neighbours who had work done a few months ago . They took were very happy .
We were delighted with all aspects of the work done. Roger and his team worked well together, were efficient, respectful of us and of our property. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept us completely up to date with the progress and what was happening. We are so pleased that a friend recommended them to us and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
Great service. Was able to come and get the required works done quickly. Was so helpful explaining what was required. Would definitely use again.
