From the very beginning Jon come out instantly, gave me some great ideas to do in my garden and gave me a very competitive quote. I was a bit reluctant thinking due to the competitive price, the job wasn’t going to be the best. But was I wrong! Jon and his team have done a brilliant job and really transformed my garden. Detailed reviews
Hired Jon as he convinced me that he was different to other trades, he would be reliable and honest. That was not true. The job started over a week late (after already waiting 4 weeks to start), usual excuses of accident, the van broken down etc. Said the whole job would take 5 days, they would be there until done. Took weeks. Poor quality work which he had to come back and fix, so don't finalise payment until 100% satisfied. I overlaid by £200 he promises to refund but the disappeared.
