No problem at all quick to get in touch quick to do the job . Friendly and courteous and respected my property. I would not hesitate to use them again .
2 nice lads arrived on time completed the job as required no problem.
Good stuff. Done what was needed. Workers were polite and professional.
The guys were polite and respectful but the quality of some of the workmanship was not up to standard. They fitted new decking boards which was fine but the alteration and refitting of existing boards and handrail was not up to my standards. For example some of the spindles in the handrail were the wrong way up and looked odd, carelessness on their behalf. Some of the other finishing on the base rail and other boards was rough and damaged and will need attention. I did not get them back to sort the issues out as I am more than capable of doing it myself to my higher standards but because of this I personally would not recommend this company or use them again in future
Ridgeline came and quoted for the job but did not do what as quoted for. Then sent invoice and demanded payment that night. normally you get 30 days to pay but demanded payment and if i didn't pay up they were going to remove everything they had done. Not nice company avoid at all costs
