Prompt initial contact for a quote to fix a leaking chimney stack. Flashing replaced all around, flaunching renewed, fitted 2 chimney cowls, re-pointed stack where necessary - later decided to re-point all the chimney at a slightly increased cost. Completed in two days - had to return for a couple of hours to fix a few missed items. Kept informed throughout with before and after photos. Excellent friendly service and a nice team to deal with. I would recommend the company.

After speaking to Eddy, an appointment to view the job was made for the next day. He assessed everything with me and gave me a verbal quote which I found to be very fair which he then emailed to me. He called later to say that two members of his team could start the following day. Eddy arrived to show the guys what work was required and introduced them to me. They were lovely. So polite and friendly. They have done an amazing job - above and beyond - and left everywhere clean and tidy. Eddy came back later to check everything. I am a very happy customer. Roofing work was fine, they suggested any work that was needed, painting fences and cleaning patio and putting solution down to prevent algae coming back.

Thoroughly impressed with the speed which the survey, quote and work were carried out; less than a month from posting a request, until the roof had been completely re-tiled. Amazing. The following week we found an issue with the felting, this was fixed before the end of the following week. After-care is first rate, as well.
