Josh put together a comprehensive remodelling scheme for my parents house which included a new layout to the first floor bathroom and a single storey rear kitchen / dining room extension. Due to the size of the extension planning permission was required, we left this in Josh’s capable hands and planning was granted with no implications allowing us to continue with the project.

Josh was very professional and made some very useful money saving suggestions to provide a suitable area without "breaking the bank". We cannot recomend him highly enough

AVOID WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.We paid Josh to conduct a survey, produce existing and proposed plans. After this it became very clear that Josh lacked the knowledge required which made me extremely uncomfortable. Josh created designs which would not meet local guidelines, building regs and fire regs. I requested for rooms to be a specific size and Josh did not fulfil our requests. The survey was inaccurate and I had to pay someone else to rectify.
