"Shower door was fitted the wrong way. Consequently leaked causing damage. Refused to come out and fix it. Several months later had damp in walls adjacent to shower. Found out that shower tray had not been fitted properly and wrong shower boards had been fitted that were not water proof. Had to get a proper plumber to repair the damage at a cost of approx. £800. The work was shambolic and would never recommend these cowboys to anyone."

Shower door was fitted the wrong way. Consequently leaked causing damage. Refused to come out and fix it. Several months later had damp in walls adjacent to shower. Re Jason Stripp (Riley Instalations), Rushden left us with leaking toilet, shower glass screen left overhanging shower tray (I was ok with this until I found the overhang was untreated (sharp corner to glass) very dangerous, floor tiles lifting due to leak. Jason's reply "wear and tear" until I reminded him this is a private bathroom not open to general public then he decided "misuse of bathroom" stepping out of shower too wet
