I contacted RJL in desperation and spoke to someone who was very polite and helpful. My boiler had broken down and no one in my area was able to come out for over a week! Even though RJL are a little out of my area they came out within 24 hours, told me that I needed a new boiler (mine was 15 years plus) came back within 48 hours, replaced the boiler, fitted two new radiators and all for the price that undercut a local company by £300! I’m very impressed by the response and workmanship and highly recommend.

Erson was remarkably helpful - spent time over multiple days hot flushing the heating system, rebalancing all radiators, replacing radiator valves. He was extremely polite and punctual throughout the whole process leaving nothing but the best impression on us. Highly recommended!

Work started on May 21st, and I have been dealing with boiler and leak issues up until today, August 22nd, 2024. I was left without heating, and I sincerely hope no other customer of this company has to endure what I have. I would never recommend this company to anyone
