"I would recommend Martyn to anyone planning to do a building project. I found him on Check-a-trade and ever since our first meeting he has been friendly, approachable, flexible, helpful and tidy. He has gone to extra lengths to make everything the way we want it to be and we can fully trust him to keep his word. He is good at advising us where we want advice and letting us decide where we have strong opinions. He has been considerate of neighbours and stopped making noise for periods when we have asked that of him. I couldn't ask for more in a builder."

"Martyn was brilliant for the first 3 months (he would have scored 8+ on all categories),then things started to go wrong. He arranged a new job before he finished ours and lost focus on our job, so never finished up. We are now having to finish many tidying up jobs ourselves and having to redo the whole of the plumbing in the utility because he connected the toilet to a soakaway, not the sewer. We have been trying to communicate with him since early october but he has not returned calls or returned items that belong to us. Very disappointed after it all started so well."
