Robert arrived promptly, was very professional and friendly, did a wonderful neat job of plastering behind the recently fixed sockets. Very well recommended.
The work was agreed to be completed by 30 November, but when I attended on 26 November none of the walls had been plastered. Communication was poor throughout and I had to repeatedly chase for updates, with excuses given about illness. On 6 December I found only Rob and two teenage boys with no plastering qualifications on site. He plastered over my loft hatch without permission, left a heater on overnight causing condensation, damp and cracking, failed to protect floors, left a window unlocked, and discarded drink cans in my garden. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend
