Booked Kitchen Appliances Cleaning Service through Fantastic Services. Had a 9:30AM service, tech called to say he could only come at 2PM, by 3PM he had neither showed up nor had the courtesy to call to apologise - nor had Fantastic Service. If this is how they treat a new customer prior to service, I am not interested in allowing them into my home.
