Great engagement from Barry in terms of planning. Team led by Nick excellent.... Respectful and clean and tidy. Great work ethic, always on time and cleaned up each day. Couple of minor snags (natural over the course of a 4 week build) dealt with effectively and efficiently in good time. Thoroughly recommended.

Exceptional workmanship

We had the front of our house building work fixed and new wooden panels put in as previous was old and rotten. Barry at Roberts & Co was brilliant in all aspects needed when getting work done on ones home. Prompt original visit to measure up and quote. Then was able to arrange a date for the work that was suitable to both. Builders showed up at 8am and worked through to get work done to high standard in a day. Plus did some additional work ( painting inside) as a gesture. I will use them again. Really happy with work. Thank you!

Kitchen renovation

Barry and his team came in last minute after the previous company had to pull out. Barry worked with the kitchen supplier, making recommendations to utilise all my space, as I have a small kitchen. Completed all work within the timeframe given - 2 weeks from start to finish. This included gutting the kitchen, making all areas good, then installing new flooring, units, appliances, new electrics, painting, and tiling. Very polite, courteous, and professional. Hard working, ensuring the timeframe was kept. Tidied up after themselves and took the rubbish away. This meant I did not have to worry. Some tradespeople don’t do this and leave all the rubbish for you to deal with. Any questions were answered, and if I had any concerns, I was reassured. Barry and his team far exceeded my expectations, and I was thankful that I chose them to complete my kitchen renovation. Even now, people comment on my kitchen. I have recommended Barry and his team to other people, including my brother.

Extension and loft conversion

We had a loft conversion and exit on build with Roberst and Co. Barry was excellent in managing our expectations and in providing a detailed quote on the build. They kept us informed throughout the build and any issues that arose were quickly dealt with. The quality of work is excellent and the team are very accommodating. The follow-up after the build was also excellent, with any issues quickly resolved.

Kitchen and Living room renovation

Extension and single storey wrap around

Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy Completed the work to a high standard ahead of schedule. Also gave some good advice on layout, space saving, finishes, and recommended equipment suppliers during the design stage. They have not had to come back since the work has been finished, says a lot 😃 I would highly recommend using Barry/Nick and the team.

Excellent double storey extension

Excellent and professional

I employed Roberts & Co to carry out a complete kitchen refurbishment. From the beginning, Barry talked me through everything, listened to my ideas but also gave me advice on what I could have. I felt supported through the entire process which was daunting for me. At all times I felt they wanted to give me the best outcome, which they did! Loft Extension

We contracted with Roberts and Co to build a loft extension for our semi-detached house. From the outset, Barry was friendly, approachable, responsive and helpful. We agreed on the plans and approach. The work was to start Oct/Nov and the aim was to complete the works before Christmas. I didn't honestly think we would complete the work before Christmas but everything went according to plan and everything was done in time. Nick was really engaging and checked with me on every aspect of the work. He kept us regularly updated. The team were also great. They were considerate, tidy, clean and very clearly, hard workers. It was a pleasure to have them working for us. I work from home and was able to work at the house throughout the work. We are so happy with the outcome. It's actually even better than I had imagined. I feel so lucky that we managed to find builders who really cared. The tiling is brilliant too in our bathroom. I only have superlatives to describe Roberts and Co. They are honest, reliable and provide a high quality service and finish. I will have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again.

Outstanding side return extension

We commissioned Roberts & Co to build a side return, complete a kitchen and downstairs toilet construction and building a new wall with a pocket door. Roberts & Co were extremely professional and efficient throughout. They have produced a build that was everything that we wanted and finished to an extremely high standard. The quality is outstanding. All of the tradespeople were highly skilled, polite and very tidy. I can not recommend this team highly enough.

Exceptional work and great communication

We enlisted Roberts & Co to overhaul our roof which was very old and had a number of issues. It was great to deal with someone so responsive and communicative, and we were always made aware of costs, time involved and when the work would occur. I've never had renovation work go so smoothly! Barry's team of men were very professional and we had the scaffolding up and the roof completely upgraded within a few weeks. Would absolutely recommend the company and would use them again.

Replace kitchen roof and ceiling and fit 3 Velux windows

Part of our kitchen extension roof consisted of huge double glazed units which had warped over the years . These needed to be replaced with 3 Velux windows and rest of ceiling had to come down for a new pitched ceiling. We needn't have been worried about the work as Nick and his team made it look so easy. They were were all very professional, hard working, courteous and always helpful. The work was done to a very high standard. Very impressed. They cleaned up at the end of each day so we could use the kitchen , which was great. Always consulted if a decision had to be made. Barry's idea of putting in these Velux windows has transformed our kitchen. Very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great Job by a Great team of guys!

Roberts & Co were recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint, Barry was great, giving advice & ideas on my new kitchen/utility/downstairs loo…and he listened to what I wanted ( and I changed my mind several times!,).. and we came up with the best set up! The work was done to time (as near as 😂) and to the agreed costings- a very detailed estimate was kept to! His team were so good, professional, polite, tidy and they all put the toilet lid down- not many guys bother! Had a couple of small glitches after work done and Barry replied immediately and it was all sorted straight away. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone needing work done.

They did my extension - very happy with them. They basically came in after a previous builder left me in a difficult situation. They picked up work from previous builder to complete the extension. Had to work out what the other builder did to be able to catch up up what was remaining. It was a stressful time but they were really easy to talk with and really helpful. Barry knows his stuff and gives good ideas and solutions - work out the right things. More than anything, am am a female on my own and they were very kind and helpful. Delivered on time and budget and was a pleasure to work with.
