They did my extension - very happy with them. They basically came in after a previous builder left me in a difficult situation. They picked up work from previous builder to complete the extension. Had to work out what the other builder did to be able to catch up up what was remaining. It was a stressful time but they were really easy to talk with and really helpful. Barry knows his stuff and gives good ideas and solutions - work out the right things. More than anything, am am a female on my own and they were very kind and helpful. Delivered on time and budget and was a pleasure to work with.

I have had a variety of works - bathroom refurb, kitchen refurb, ceilings, wardrobes - kitchen currently in process. Most recent job with bath was completed just after Christmas. Lovely - really professional. Can have real conversation with them. Can put forward your ideas while also them gives ideas. Barry has got the experience, is considerate (and his team) looking after my home. Tools and gear out of the way end of the day and cleans up after. Makes sure everything's okay when leave. I have had lots of dusty work done but every time it's great as dust free. On time but if any delays can have a discussion or conversation about it. Communication is great. Quotes are to a lot of detail. Anything I don't understand, able to double check and takes the time (and the team) to make sure what i'm buying into. Without hesitation would recommend as goes extra mile. Makes sure 100 percent comfortable before does anything. I have had quotes from other traders before, Roberts & Co are more expensive but the way he talks to customers and quality and attention to detail. Standards are very high. Very open and honest, thinks ahead.

We have had 2 big projects and smaller things. Roofing job was over last summer and basement refurbishment was year before. Refurbishment of basement in grade 2 style listed home. The basement was a shell and they fitted it out fantastic with appropriate damp proofing, ceramic floors, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, ceilings making the place look fabulous. Second big job was in relation to roof on same property. They removed flat roof, reinforced the timbers working together with external structural engineer to ensure strong enough to have people on. Fitted new roofing together with skylight to access to roofing. Very happy with the work - they are a very good team. Very high craftsmanship skills and think through a project carefully before. They communicate before and throughout the project extremely well. Quality and finish is top rate. Whole team is a pleasure to deal with. Estimate for works are in detail and accurate in advance. Never had any issues or concerns.

Roberts & Co were recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint, Barry was great, giving advice & ideas on my new kitchen/utility/downstairs loo…and he listened to what I wanted ( and I changed my mind several times!,).. and we came up with the best set up! The work was done to time (as near as 😂) and to the agreed costings- a very detailed estimate was kept to! His team were so good, professional, polite, tidy and they all put the toilet lid down- not many guys bother! Had a couple of small glitches after work done and Barry replied immediately and it was all sorted straight away. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Part of our kitchen extension roof consisted of huge double glazed units which had warped over the years . These needed to be replaced with 3 Velux windows and rest of ceiling had to come down for a new pitched ceiling. We needn't have been worried about the work as Nick and his team made it look so easy. They were were all very professional, hard working, courteous and always helpful. The work was done to a very high standard. Very impressed. They cleaned up at the end of each day so we could use the kitchen , which was great. Always consulted if a decision had to be made. Barry's idea of putting in these Velux windows has transformed our kitchen. Very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We enlisted Roberts & Co to overhaul our roof which was very old and had a number of issues. It was great to deal with someone so responsive and communicative, and we were always made aware of costs, time involved and when the work would occur. I've never had renovation work go so smoothly! Barry's team of men were very professional and we had the scaffolding up and the roof completely upgraded within a few weeks. Would absolutely recommend the company and would use them again.

We commissioned Roberts & Co to build a side return, complete a kitchen and downstairs toilet construction and building a new wall with a pocket door. Roberts & Co were extremely professional and efficient throughout. They have produced a build that was everything that we wanted and finished to an extremely high standard. The quality is outstanding. All of the tradespeople were highly skilled, polite and very tidy. I can not recommend this team highly enough.

We contracted with Roberts and Co to build a loft extension for our semi-detached house. From the outset, Barry was friendly, approachable, responsive and helpful. We agreed on the plans and approach. The work was to start Oct/Nov and the aim was to complete the works before Christmas. I didn't honestly think we would complete the work before Christmas but everything went according to plan and everything was done in time. Nick was really engaging and checked with me on every aspect of the work. He kept us regularly updated. The team were also great. They were considerate, tidy, clean and very clearly, hard workers. It was a pleasure to have them working for us. I work from home and was able to work at the house throughout the work. We are so happy with the outcome. It's actually even better than I had imagined. I feel so lucky that we managed to find builders who really cared. The tiling is brilliant too in our bathroom. I only have superlatives to describe Roberts and Co. They are honest, reliable and provide a high quality service and finish. I will have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again.
