"I had a laburnum tree in my front garden that one morning one third fell off, another third was unstable and the remaining held together with unknown strength. The damage revealed the trunk was rotten down to the base. I got several quotes but this is the only outfit that sent someone out to survey first and they supplied a proper written quote for this and two other trees (which I didn't act on). I was keen to get this done quickly because it bordered the pathway. On excepting they did the next job in the next (but one) day. Arrived on time & completed it in less that 1h."
