Since then they’ve carried out a series of projects, refurbishing our property inside and out. They never fail to please! Brian and his team are a thoroughly professional outfit: multi-skilled, knowledgeable, expert problem-solvers, considerate, and keen to consult and keep you informed – and they really care about their work. Our latest project ranged from laying a stone floor in our kitchen to installing a massive rainwater soakaway behind the house. We had an excellent experience with this building company during works at our dental practice. From start to finish communication was clear and professional, and the work was completed on time and to a very high standard. They were extremely mindful that we are a clinical environment - keeping the area clean, minimising disruption and working considerately around staff and patients We would highly reccommend them to any healthcare or commercial setting and would not hesitat to use them again.
Really pleased with the work carried out at our dental practice. This was the 3rd surgery that they have completed. The builders were reliable, easy to communicate with, and comleted everything to a high standard. They have been respectful of the clinical environment and made a real effort to kepp disruption and mess to a minimum. Any questions or small issues were sorted quickly. Would highly recommend and use again.
I recently suffered a very serious internal water leak leaving 80% of my house seriously damaged in every respect.I have to say I am delighted and appreciative of the prompt service and high quality of work carried out by Rockfield Property services which ranged from plastering,carpentry,decorating and the removal and installation of replacement electrical and gas units. As an 87 year old widower and pensioner with health issues the care,understanding and attention given to my situation by the tradesmen on site was a bonus and I have no hesitation in recommending Rockfield Property services to anyone in need of such help.

Big thanks to Brian and his team who did a fantastic job sorting issues we had with our roof and also drainage on our driveway. Rudi and Ian rebuilt a chimney with great craftsmanship and tackled the difficult driveway work with patience and skill. The team are always friendly, very considerate and tidy. We would highly recommend and would always use RPS for any future work.

Brian and his team are the best! Reliable, trustworthy and above all experienced and skilled in all aspects of their trade. What also impressed me was Brian’s ability to consistently communicate at every stage and his consciousness to ensure client satisfaction.
