Ian was professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. He visited very quickly and was respectful of our home. He dealt with the immediate problem and gave us advice on how to prevent further issues. I would recommend him without hesitation.
We asked Rodect to solve a problem with noise in our loft, which Ian efficiently identified as a rat. He was incredibly prompt in his initial response and arrived exactly on time for every visit.
