Ali messaged me to confirm to confirm his time of arrival the night before and quickly got to work and assembled and modified the shelves with no fuss or trouble. He communicated well and having identified an issue with cutting around the skirting moulding, came up with a satisfactory solution. He tidied up everywhere and completed the job on time. Thanks Ali"

Ali (Roe & Haynes Construction) responded to my job by phone and came to assess what was required and confirmed he could do it before Christmas (about a day's work). I bought the additional ikea bookshelves and extension sections myself.
