"Tom came highly recommended by three work colleagues. I had worn mortar under my ridge tiles, and valleys also moisture ingress from my chimney in heavy rain. I wanted a long term solution. Tom recommended a dry system under the ridge tiles and a poly mortar (Flexim) to re-point the valleys. He said he would inspect the chimney and repair. Work was all carried out in one day by Tom and his co-worker to a very high standard, cleaned up well and all the old materials taken away. Tom supplied many photos showing his findings and progress. Total price was exactly as quoted with no surprises"
"Extremely professional service. We were able to get a consultation and viewing of work required the same day we rang up, and a quote the same evening. Work started approximately 2 weeks after confirming we wanted to accept the quote. Tom was communicative in the lead up to the work, letting us know when we could expect him and giving good notice. On the day, they kept us updated on progress, as well as being flexible for when we needed to leave during the day. Work itself was done to a high standard, and tidied up afterwards Would highly recommend and will be using again for future work"
