He was quick to reply to messages, came out promptly to give a quote, and was realistic about timings. He made helpful suggestions on the type of shelves to use, how the skirting would work with my new flooring, and even made a cut-out piece for an electrical cord. Roger was respectful of my space, very clean and tidy, and explained everything clearly. Great value for money - I highly recommend him!"
