They action all requests in a timely manner and communicate well with any issue in order to resolve to ensure the works are completed to satisfaction. Added bonus is that Romford Windows Limited carry our repairs and installations of windows which too have been great.

Romford Windows have been fantasitc ! They are professional and it is clear they have worked in the trade for many years as their knowledge and workmanship is amazing. Nothing was to much trouble , they took the time to explain any questions I had and provided options which I had not considered. They were so friendly and I would without question, use Romford Windows again.

I contacted Romford Windows to fix a cracked DG window and look at issues with a couple of doors. They quoted me for the work and replaced the glass promptly for a fair price. The window has been repaired and the doors are working correctly.

Really nice blokes very tidy good job fitting the dog flap and glass panel. They even kindly fixed a few other things that they noticed weren’t quite right with other door FOC. Definitely recommend Wood use again

We had a new door fitted about a year ago by the guys. They've been out a couple of times to adjust it to get the fit just right. Then a couple of Sundays before Christmas the high security lock decided to jam and not open at all. Within half an hour they had someone out to look and repair it temporarily. The next day they were back with a new lock. All done under guarantee, all done as quick as possible so we were happy.These guys are so helpful and are always happy to help. Great people.
