“New flat roof required at front (garage) and rear (extension) as well as repairing crumbling mortar/brickwork to both gable ends of main roof, plus replacement of several ridge tiles. This work was at my elderly Mum's house and required scaffolding. The quote was fair and the work was carried out to a good standard, with the contractors working 9 hour days until the job was completed. My brother and I and my Mum were all very pleased with the work.”

“I had a flat roof upgraded and resurfaced and the sarking felt in my main roof was replaced. This involved stripping the tiles, cleaning them, fitting the new felt and replacing the tiles. The team was respectful, very tidy and worked well together. I was kept informed of progress in detail, and sub-contractors, eg the scaffolding company, worked to the time schedule perfectly. I was very happy with the process and the result and would recommend this company.”

Flexible, reliable and cost-effective
I had a number of roofing jobs to complete including replacing tiles on the grade 2 listed main roof, replacing a more modern flat roof, releasing a bay window and working on woodwork and guttering. Despite the mix and complexity of the jobs and the site, Roof2Roof were effective and speedy. They also pretty much stuck to budget despite some sourcing difficulties. They were flexible and used their ingenuity to solve some issues for me. Quality of the work is great and the house looks 1000% better. They were also easy to communicate with and nice guys!

Gutter & Down Pipe Replacement
I found Roof 2 Roof Roofing through Which? Trusted Traders, and I’m very glad I did. Patrick responded to my telephone request by visiting my house and identifying what work needed to be done. He then followed up by email with an estimate. I generally try to get quotes from 3 different sources for this kind of work, but as I struggled to get others to respond, in this case I used the AI app ChatGPT to check if the cost seemed about right, which it was. So I accepted the estimate, and Patrick and his team duly arrived a couple of weeks later. Despite it being the two hottest June days on record, they completed the gutter and down-pipe replacement at the front of the house on the first day, and the rear on the second. I’m very happy with the quality of work and would happily recommend the company to others requiring roofing work.

Grade 2 Listed - Roof Repairs
Patrick and his team recently completed roof repairs to our Grade 2 listed property in Buckinghamshire. The scope of work included replacement of all damaged or missing clay tiles, pointing of the ridge tiles and roof edges, pointing of chimney stack, replacement of lead work. We were not present at the property during the work, Patrick did not take advantage of the absence, completed the work to a high standard and contacted me for approval if any additional work was discovered. Patrick is a nice man, polite and pleasant.

Great work
The team have recently carried out two roof jobs for us, one on the house and one on a stable. Both jobs were done very well and quickly. The men were lovely guys and cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed with the work.

Very pleased with work done by Patrick and his team
Patrick and his team were great to deal with in all aspects of the job. They installed a new flat roof on our garage and fixed numerous issues with the leaking roof on our extension. Patrick explained all the issues very clearly and kept me updated with the work being done. His team worked efficiently and quickly and they were obviously very experienced roofers who took pride in their work. They left the area clean and all of them were friendly and courteous I would definitely recommend them

Excellent, friendly and professional
The team undertook a complete replacement of tiles, batten and roof felt which had failed after 70 years leading to leaks and damp. They completed the work diligently, taking time to do it right rather than focusing on speed - the finished work was to a really high standard. The company were recommended by friends who had used them, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to get roofing work done.

Roof refurb, new gutters and fascias
We called Roof 2 Roof Roofing out to look at our gutters which had leaked since being installed two years ago by another firm. We also had issues with condensation in the loft. Patrick and his guys were prompt, friendly and helpful and after the visit they sent over the quote which was actually less than I had been expecting. The whole process was smooth and convenient. I work from home, and although obviously the work involved some noise, the chaps were respectful and tried to minimise any inconvenience. They kept me updated, completed the work quicker than expected, and cleaned up afterwards. They even wiped down my windows! Really good service, I would highly recommend them.

Job well done

Excellent from start to finish.
We employed this company to sort out some repairs that had been badly bodged by another contractor 5 years ago. Roof2Roofing did a thoroughly professional job. The workmen were all polite & courteous & kept us informed of what they were doing at every stage. Even came out on a Sunday to finish the job before we went on holiday!

Entirely satisfactory
Patrick was quick to respond to our request for a quote. The cost was reasonable and the availability good. Work started more or less on time and the team was excellent - friendly, polite and hard working. Although the scope of the work expanded somewhat, Patrick communicated the issues clearly. Indeed communication was excellent throughout. The work was completed on schedule and to cost and was done to an excellent standard. I would unhesitatingly recommend.

Excellent work and the team were a pleasure to have on- site
Fast follow up after first contact where a quote and availability were provided. The job turned out to be bigger than expected but everything was clearly explained and I was shown the problem. At no point did I feel that they were looking to just expand the job unnecessarily. The team on site, Rich and Nev, were tidy, polite and a pleasure to have around. The job was finished on time and I would highly recommend them.
