“Having found Roofseal online I spoke to Tom on the phone to get a quote and was reassured the he could do the job in a day and would be in touch as soon as we had a suitable weather window in our area. Subsequently, he phoned up about a week later to say the he would be up the following day. He and his apprentice arrived promptly in the morning and quickly set about cleaning off the algae and dirt from all the house walls, guttering, down pipes and woodwork restoring the look of the house to what it looked like 21 years ago.We are delighted with the result and recommend his services.”

I had a verbal quote from Tom to clean and seal the roof and do a repair to the plastic cladding. The roof was done and payment made with the promise that the repair would be done as a fill in job within a few weeks. Since then 2 email reminders have not been answered and 3 weeks later the outstanding work has still not been done. It is not possible to recommend someone who breaks their promises.
