“Michael’s communication was excellent. He spoke to our tenants and arranged access and the work was done to a high standard. Michael provided us with photos of the work. He also identified some problems with the pointing on the chimney and flashing which we also commissioned him to do. We were pleased with the work and therefore asked him to do another of our properties which was completed on 21/2/25”
