This is the 2nd time I have had mick and his team carry out work for me. This time they repointed my chimney, renewed lead round my chimney and carried out some roofing repairs. The work was carried out with great care and to a very high standard. They cleaned up everyday, were on time everyday and I was always kept updated with progress. Had to get Patrick and Mick around again for a new leak with my roof and window frame below. As before they were punctual and turned up as agreed which is great with the worry of it raining again over the next few days. Patrick showed me pictures of an issue under the lower level of tiles and explained the options to repair. Luckily it was still early in the day so he could get the materials and do the repair, especially as its dry today. I'm happy to recommend them and glad I found them, they have even fixed repairs I had done previously by other roofers.

I hired James and his colleagues to conduct what initially seemed like a minor roof repair to prevent water entering under my roof tiles. Upon further inspection of my James comprehensively explained that the work required was much more extensive than originally anticipated. He provided video evidence and a thorough explanation of what would be needed to resolve my roof issue, and renegotiated reasonable quote. James and the team were communicative and provided regular updates as the work progressed. All in all they were relatively professional. My only complaint is that despite repeated chasing, I have not been issued a guarantee of the repair and I'm no longer receiving a response to my messages. This is disconcerting for obvious reasons.

Had rising damp on the living room wall. Mick called quickly following callback request and gave advice on photos that I sent. Mick and James then visited and gave comprehensive quotes. Work was done quickly and to a high standard and our damp problem has been solved. Also offered advice on preventing it in other walls.

Identified some damp on an external wall. They quickly found the cause from pictures on the phone and were here the following working days to repair the busted drainpipe. Gave a very fair quote for the damp repair work and completed it the following day. 10/10 - will be reaching out to them for anything like this in future
