Excellent work done to replace roofline fascias, soffits and gutters plus ridge tiles

From first contact the company were professional and courteous, always doing what they said they would do. The onsite workers were knowledgeable and involved us in any decisions that had to be made during the work. Their timekeeping was exemplary. They were hard workers who had high standards. This focus on doing the best job possible was clearly a philosophy that ran throughout the company. All contact with the company was positive, whether by phone, text or email. Customer satisfaction is clearly important to them. We are very happy with the work which has been done.

Very considerate good workers

This company renewed my fascias and soffits, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and considerate. They appear to have done a good job, which was completed at the agreed price. A small amount of mortar dropped off, but they quickly rectified this at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with Roofcare.

Excellent company came on time for scaffold& remove old roof for new roof

Great friendly professional company that showed photos before/after now 100% better roof guaranteed 20 years. Choice of tile thickness, colour & have own scaffolders, rubbish removed no skip needed. If you are looking for roofers these are the ones, new tiles/felting/end caps/insulation 10*all depts

Roofcare Barnsley repointed my chimney and replaced old ridge tiles and some old slates they also replaced old fascia boards and old gutters and old brackets, all work was carried out professionally and completed to a high standard, I was kept informed with everything that was needed, they left everything tidy before they left, Thank you

Cladding Facias Soffits Flashing etc

Roofcare provided an excellent service, replacing our timber cladding front and back with grey composite boards… Also replaced all facias, soffits and gutter lines and lead flashing on the exterior wall/conservatory roof join. Also a couple of roof tiles were replaced… It was quite a big job and took a week to complete…. Craig and his empioyees were always very thorough with their explanations and their quotes and it was obvious they were highly knowledgeable and took pride in their work. No shortcuts taken - existing fittings were stripped down to the frames and rebuilt upon… Craig’s team take many photos of the process as it progresses so you can observe some of the stages for yourself… The team were polite, friendly and informative - it really was a smooth experience.. And the work comes with a 20 year guarantee. I highly recommend.

Cracking job

I contacted these guys when they were working on our neighbours house. The guy was very helpful and informative as to what we needed. When the weather turned bad they contacted us straight away to apologise and, explain that they couldn’t send the guys out to erect the scaffolding in high winds and heavy rain. Fair enough I wouldn’t want to either. Once the work started it was completed quickly and tidily to an exceptional standard. The guys were happy to explain what they were doing at every step and even invited us to climb up the ladder to inspect their work closely, but the wife declined. 10 out of 10 all round.

An excellent team

Following our initial enquiry, Craig contacted us to explain that due to a heavy workload they would not be able to carry out the work for about two weeks. As this was convenient for us, we agreed he would ring us the following week to arrange a visit. He called on the date promised and attended immediately. The work required and cost was more than we expected but photographs Craig took showed the work was necessary and we agreed to have a section of low pitched roof refitted with new boarding and Firestone roof cover, new fascia boards and fall pipes. We were never put under pressure to use Roofcare. The work took two full days, carried out by a fantastic team of lads who worked nonstop, were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. All waste was removed and the area left clean and tidy. We would happily recommend this company.

Professional, trustworthy and great workmanship

Our happy experience with this company echoes what other reviews have said about Roofcare. They replaced two flat, felted roofs with Firestone EPDM rubber, carried out extensive repairs/enhancements to our main pitched roof and replaced our gutters and downpipes. Communications with us were courteous, straightforward, informative and timely. This, along with attention to detail in the quotations, gave us the confidence to give them the contract. During preparations, the team showed us with photos and direct observation what needed attention and what was still in good condition. They were open and sincere about this and weren't trying to concoct anything. The roofing team were professional, friendly and they knew their stuff. They answered our questions with respect and understanding. They were helpful too, with small things such as replacing our clothes line attachment. Their workmanship was top-notch and carried out briskly but not hastily. We can see the care they took, with attention to detail and finished off well. They updated us on progress everyday and they cleared up thoroughly before leaving. The cost stuck to the quotations we agreed to. We wholeheartedly recommend Roofcare!

Outstanding work

I found the whole process very easy to navigate from asking for the quote to the end result. I was treated with kindness and respect and everything was explained in details I could understand. I was shown photos of other work which had been completed. The roofers were very respectful and arrive on time they worked efficiently and as quietly as possible no poor language between them. They cleaned up after working and left everything in a safe way. The scaffolding was removed promptly. The payment was all completed on line and a guarantee for the work was issued. I am a senior lady 90 and I felt safe during the whole works. I would not hesitate to use again if needed.

Couldn’t ask for more

Removed an old hip/ridge and replaced with dry system, also repaired cunning to prepare for a log burner. We have 200 year old house which doesn’t have a single straight edge, the team from Roofcare did a superb job. Very friendly, worked quickly and neatly, always keeping me up to date with progress. I have already recommended them to friends and family. If I ever need any work doing in future I will be straight back to Roofcare with no hesitation.

Replacement of my ridge tiles was quoted for and all work completed within a few days of my initial call. Speedy service - good first impression

I contacted this trader by phone which was picked up by a PA service who promised they would call me back later (which they did). Roofcare came our to look at the property the following day (2 Nov) and today, as promised, we have had a detailed quote from them. Very impressed so far.

Great job under difficult conditions.When I had problems

When I had problems with the ridge of a property I own in Marsden West Yorkshire I went on line to find a company to do the work. I chose this company on the basis of their reviews as I had no previous knowledge of them. The job turned out to be far bigger than first thought because the whole roof was in very poor condition. The person I dealt with was able to show me a video and bring down tiles and felt to confirm their findings. I in no way felt under any pressure to continue with this work. The company were prepared to carry out the work the same day but that was not possible due to the arrangements I had to make with the tenants. When the work was delayed due to the weather I was kept informed regularly in a pleasant and efficient manner. The work was completed in a neat and tidy way and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing work done in the future. The workforce remained cheerful and polite even though the weather turned out to be far from ideal. Well done guys!
