We have used this company several times over the past few years and have been highly satisfied with their workmanship, professionalism and customer service. Work has included replacement of tiles on my mothers bungalow, replacement and renovation of our garage roof (with the superb Firestone rubber material) and most recently renovation of our porch roof. Throughout the process we were kept well informed on procedures and timescales. Quotations were what we payed and we were given a month before being invoiced to be absolutely sure that we were happy with the work. Very satisfied with all aspects of our dealings with this company and would highly recommend.

When I had problems with the ridge of a property I own in Marsden West Yorkshire I went on line to find a company to do the work. I chose this company on the basis of their reviews as I had no previous knowledge of them. The job turned out to be far bigger than first thought because the whole roof was in very poor condition. The person I dealt with was able to show me a video and bring down tiles and felt to confirm their findings. I in no way felt under any pressure to continue with this work. The company were prepared to carry out the work the same day but that was not possible due to the arrangements I had to make with the tenants. When the work was delayed due to the weather I was kept informed regularly in a pleasant and efficient manner. The work was completed in a neat and tidy way and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing work done in the future. The workforce remained cheerful and polite even though the weather turned out to be far from ideal. Well done guys!

Contacted Roofcare December 2023 to carry out remedial work done by a well known National Conservatory manufacturer together with additional work on the roof and soffits. Within 2days they surveyed the site following up with a email quote the day after confirmed by hard copy. Unfortunately due to further problems with the conservatory people Roofcare Ltd work was postponed during this delay Roofcare we’re in constant contact. Work started exactly when scheduled, carried out in a correct manner efficiently by very pleasant workman. Later I inspected the roof and delighted to see excellent workmanship with all debris cleared away. After many bad experiences Roofcare have given me hope all is not lost. Full roof renewal including replacing rotten timber completed in 3 days. Lads worked very hard and seemed to enjoy their work. Finished job well done. Only 2 small problems, corrected soon after I reported them. Thanks Daniel.

I contacted this trader by phone which was picked up by a PA service who promised they would call me back later (which they did). Roofcare came our to look at the property the following day (2 Nov) and today, as promised, we have had a detailed quote from them. Very impressed so far.

Removed an old hip/ridge and replaced with dry system, also repaired cunning to prepare for a log burner. We have 200 year old house which doesn’t have a single straight edge, the team from Roofcare did a superb job. Very friendly, worked quickly and neatly, always keeping me up to date with progress. I have already recommended them to friends and family. If I ever need any work doing in future I will be straight back to Roofcare with no hesitation.
