"My boiler stopped working on a Friday evening, I contacted Root Group on Saturday morning and all was fixed by Saturday lunchtime - very quick response. Although, the boiler is quite old, it has been 'serviced' annually by supposed qualified engineers but the fault was something that should have been picked up by all of them just by doing some extra work to clean out a plastic element. Phil from Root Group has total knowledge of Worcester Bosch boilers and picked up on the problem straight away - the first engineer to ever do this on this appliance - super service, I'm really pleased!! A+++"
