"Very satisfied, got a call on a Sunday to quote and book the job, a few hours after I submitted the request to Checkatrade (Stef was friendly and courteous) and they came out Monday morning before 10am. I didn't get the engineer's name but he was efficient and quickly identified a leak from a chafed hose. Didn't have a long enough hose to replace ours so carried out a repair to the hose itself. So far so good! They could have charged more and invented problems that didn't exist, but in the end I was only charged for the call out, which wasn't that much. Highly recommended!"
