Sep 2023 work started on our property with RT Roofing. Bad weather which is out of everyone's control sadly delayed completion of the work & our property suffered water damage through leaks, while the work was still being completed. Every step of the way, when issues arose, I've made contact with either Rikki or Katy. Both have been fully apologetic & empathetic with the situations we have unfortunately found ourselves still dealing with. Communication now seems to be an issue, having called 12th Aug, left a message with reception, no reply. I sent an email 14th Aug, & still nothing!?

We had a few broken tiles, rang RT and they came out on the agreed date to replace said tiles. Very polite and helpful service

We had to wait for the works to be carried out because of the weather conditions, when they started to strip the tiles off the gable end the men encountered there was additional work that needed to be done. They contacted me in the first instance before continuing informing me of the situation and with updated quote which I accepted. The works was carried out quickly and efficiently and was left clean and tidy when completed, there was a couple of small issues but these were sorted out very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble, very pleased.
