My water pump decided to quit, phoned Russell Heating & team told me which type of replacement pump to order ( the pump arrived next day) and the engineer team arrived within 24 hours to install the new pump. The engineer team were friendly and quick to trouble shoot on the job. Thanks so much guys!”

New Boiler and Underfloor Heating Installation. Very happy with their professional workmanship from start to the finish of the project.
Great company to deal with, they installed our air conditioning, underfloor heating & heat pump at our property in Harpenden. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone.
Aleks and Kev were really good. The quality of their work, their knowledge and the advice they gave was top notch. They cleaned up nicely after they finished - you would not know they had been there! Added to this they were so friendly and delightful, even my cats loved them! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a responsive, friendly and reliable professional.
Boiler broke; needed new water pump & valves. Russell Heating sorted everything: sourced parts, installation, repair.
excellent value, proffesional, on-time, tidy and cleaned up. Alex explained all about work done in plain understandable language,,lts also evident that Alex called on a day/time of my convenience.

Aleks is a lovely guy and a great worker. I called in the morning with some boiler and radiator issues and he was around to help on the same day. He explained each step of trying to diagnose our issue clearly and in layman’s terms. We will absolutely be using Russell Heating going forward.
I rang this morning regarding a gas leak and they came this afternoon. He was very thorough checking for leaks and I was very pleased with his work.

What an amazing guy! From the appointment, he messaged me his location so I knew on the day where he was and what time I am likely to expect him. He had great knowledge, knew exactly what was wrong with my underfloor heating after carrrying out a couple of tests and fixed it quickly. I live in Ashwell, Hertfordshire and can say Alex was reliable, full of knowledge, punctual, very professional and did the job quickly. He even called me the next day to check that my heating was working. So grateful and definitely recommend him. Nikki
Very impressive, clean and well worth the money. I am always weary when getting work done on my home, however, Alex has restored my faith in a good tradesperson. Very impressed and will use Russell Heating for my future servicing and heating needs.

Alex is my dream plumber. He works so hard, is so knowledgable, charges fairly for the job, is so helpful and l would never choose to go to anyone else. Hes always busy (obviously) but so worth waiting for!
We use Alex in our school, broughton manor prep school, and he dose absolutely exceptional work, we will carry on using him, he is an extremely pleasant man to have working on site, and very tidy, a very well deserved 5 stars.
