Having completed reno projects on previous homes, Rutland ensured that the works were completed to a high standard and took the time to share progress updates and explain any changes/unforeseen issues. This made the overall process far easier to manage in comparison to previous projects. Steve and the team were always helpful and reliable and minimised the time needed to chase other trades as this was all coordinated centrally. Additional trade recommendations also proved helpful.”

All the contractors were great - builders, carpenters, electrician, windows company etc. Rutland helped me source other contractors for additional work (floor sanding company) and even liaised with them to help move their dates when there were some small delays. Work was carried out to a high standard. Everyone was polite, respectful, flexible and tidy.”
