"Outside drain from kitchen blocked. I phoned, got an instant response and was offered an email quote. Shortly afterwards, they phoned back and said they had someone available in the area, which would normally make me wary, but based on good reviews, I accepted. The price quoted was for up to an hour's work, without VAT (why?), but I checked, so not surprised on receiving the invoice. The engineer was with us in around an hour, set to work on a tricky blockage and was cleared in around 35 minutes. Very polite engineer with good communication skills. Happy customer, thank you."
