“Rob has impressive knowledge and experience as a builder which he used to make the project work smoothly at every stage. He has a broad range of trade skills to hand and when needed brought with him other individuals he has worked with before. All were equally great at their work! Liaised with Planning and Architect/Engineer right from the first spade in the ground. Brilliant, tidy, hard work ethic, and no going off to other jobs as he works one at a time. Having agreed a billing schedule Rob liaised with us and kept to it all through. Highly recommended, smashing extension!! Thank you!”
