Annual Service
This is the 8th year I have used Ryan and would not consider anyone else. He is friendly, polite and professional and his work is impeccable. I have an Annual boiler and system service. He always turns up in time and is tidy when working. Can't recommend him enough.

Cold water tank overflow
Our cold water tank in the loft developed a fault with the float operated valve which continued to spill a stream of water onto our porch flat roof. We had concern that the water could damage the roof and find its way into the house. Although Ryan and his team were snowed under with a major job, Ryan still managed to release Scott who turned up promptly and replaced the ball and valve and confirmed all was working properly. As always, Ryan and his team take pride in their work and will never let you down. They are extremely professional, engaging and leave a complete and clean job. I always use Ryan's Plumbing & Heating and am always 100% satisfied. I cannot recommend Ryan, Leana and Scott enough.

Plumbing work
Leanna and Scott arrived to carry out the resealing of our shower but, as always, were willing to look at a few other areas that we were concerned about. This is the distinctive reason we always use Ryan's Plumbing and Heating, they are always willing to help, offer advice and resolve problems. Nothing seems too much trouble to the team, they are amenable, friendly and knowledgeable and always carry out the work to a very high standard. They are truly excellent and in this visit they carried out the resealing mentioned above, replaced parts in the toilet that were corroded or damaged and also resolved problems with the sink plugs. I cannot recommend them high enough - 100% reliable and capable.

Bathroom shower and wet room floor
Having researched several companies offering accessible showers I decided on EA Mobility. They were so helpful and accommodating, unlike some others (but not all) Importantly the price was right for my budget. Ryan arrived and finished at the scheduled time. He was so very, pleasant, understanding and accommodating to all our requests. I was impressed by his work output. He worked long hours to keep to his schedule and made no demands. He is also very personable and easy to get along with. Apart from plying him with cups of tea Ryan needed no input from us. We were delighted with the outcome of a very accessible shower and total wet room flooring. Excellent experience and work all round. Ryan was able to answer any queries we had about the procedures and refer us to the appropriate personnel in his company. I would highly recommend this company and this particular worker in particular.

Fantastic service can’t thank him enough
Greg was actually away not even close to home, I left a message on fb messenger & he replied straight away asking what was the problem, I explained he told me what to do that would get my boiler working fine for now until it can be seen by an engineer!!! Omg 2nd day without heating & water & we would have been left waiting until 2nd January for when Scottish power via domestic & general whom we pay for cover to get to us!!! So I can’t thank him enough or recommend him enough, he didn’t have to answer as he’s away he could have ignored my message. But he didn’t, he is officially my HERO!!! Thank you thank you

Excellent service
Ryan completed a boiler service for the first time, lots of communication about the arrival time and he carried out the job efficiently at a good price. He even noticed the flue was missing some sealant which he rectified for no charge.

Excellent Service
Very Happy with the service provided by the Ryans Plumbing and Heating. New boiler was installed work carried out efficiently and smoothly. Ryan also sent the boiler 10 years registration and all the paper work the next day. Will highly recommend, provided 5 star service. 😀

Very helpful and responsive
Leanna came out to identify and fix a leak for me. Not only were they quick to respond and come out the same day, but she was incredibly patient with my whittling and worrying [water bill had increased by 138% due to leak] which I really appreciated. The charge was also very reasonable. Thank you.

Boiler replacement and installation
Fantastic service, as always. Ryan has completed work for us previously and is always very reliable and trustworthy. He recently replaced the boiler at our rental property. We were kept updated and sent helpful reminders prior to the booking, as were the tenants. Detailed quotes and options were discussed with us beforehand. The work was completed to a fantastic standard - it was up and running the same day of installation for the tenants. Would definitely recommend Ryan for any plumbing and heating work. New Mains Stopcock
Fitted a new mains stopcock as the old one had seized up. The old stopcock was in an akward position and on old black pipe but this posed no problem at all. Very pleased with the work and I can now turn the water off if needed.
