Leanna and Scott arrived to carry out the resealing of our shower but, as always, were willing to look at a few other areas that we were concerned about. This is the distinctive reason we always use Ryan's Plumbing and Heating, they are always willing to help, offer advice and resolve problems. Nothing seems too much trouble to the team, they are amenable, friendly and knowledgeable and always carry out the work to a very high standard. They are truly excellent and in this visit they carried out the resealing mentioned above, replaced parts in the toilet that were corroded or damaged and also resolved problems with the sink plugs. I cannot recommend them high enough - 100% reliable and capable.

Having researched several companies offering accessible showers I decided on EA Mobility. They were so helpful and accommodating, unlike some others (but not all) Importantly the price was right for my budget. Ryan arrived and finished at the scheduled time. He was so very, pleasant, understanding and accommodating to all our requests. I was impressed by his work output. He worked long hours to keep to his schedule and made no demands. He is also very personable and easy to get along with. Apart from plying him with cups of tea Ryan needed no input from us. We were delighted with the outcome of a very accessible shower and total wet room flooring. Excellent experience and work all round. Ryan was able to answer any queries we had about the procedures and refer us to the appropriate personnel in his company. I would highly recommend this company and this particular worker in particular.

Greg was actually away not even close to home, I left a message on fb messenger & he replied straight away asking what was the problem, I explained he told me what to do that would get my boiler working fine for now until it can be seen by an engineer!!! Omg 2nd day without heating & water & we would have been left waiting until 2nd January for when Scottish power via domestic & general whom we pay for cover to get to us!!! So I can’t thank him enough or recommend him enough, he didn’t have to answer as he’s away he could have ignored my message. But he didn’t, he is officially my HERO!!! Thank you thank you

Ryan completed a boiler service for the first time, lots of communication about the arrival time and he carried out the job efficiently at a good price. He even noticed the flue was missing some sealant which he rectified for no charge.

Very Happy with the service provided by the Ryans Plumbing and Heating. New boiler was installed work carried out efficiently and smoothly. Ryan also sent the boiler 10 years registration and all the paper work the next day. Will highly recommend, provided 5 star service. 😀

Ryan came to do my boiler service on time and properly serviced my my boiler with all test results and told me everything is fine , this is second year, i would highly recommend for boiler service and also for heating and central heating problems

We have used Ryan’s Plumbing and Heating a number of times, first to install a new gas boiler followed by annual services and most recently to remove a gas pipe feeding a redundant gas fire. Ryan has always been polite and courteous, arriving promptly and working diligently. We are happy with the work Ryan has done for us and would recommend him.

Leanna came out to identify and fix a leak for me. Not only were they quick to respond and come out the same day, but she was incredibly patient with my whittling and worrying [water bill had increased by 138% due to leak] which I really appreciated. The charge was also very reasonable. Thank you.

A routine gas boiler was carried out efficiently and promptly by Ryan. As usual excellent communications, polite and work done on time at the price advised. We have used Ryan in the past and always had very good service from him, would definitely recommend.

Fitted a new mains stopcock as the old one had seized up. The old stopcock was in an akward position and on old black pipe but this posed no problem at all. Very pleased with the work and I can now turn the water off if needed.
