Darren was an absolute pleasure to work with from the start of the claim to the resolution. When we found an issue with our boiler pressure, Darren advised that there must have been a leak somewhere in our property and to notify our Insurers as such. Darren was instrumental in maintaining a level head during this stressful time for us, and critically analysed the correct way forward at each stage and liaised with our insurance company, ultimately securing a suitable settlement once the leak was located and repaired. I would not hesitate to recommend Darren to anyone who requires claim assistance.

I don’t usually write reviews , but it would be a crime if I didn’t give Darren the praise he deserves. I usually stay away from claim companies but after reading already glowing reviews online, I took a punt. I had a burst water pipe and had extensive damage. I knew I wouldn’t get anywhere with my insurance company so I asked Darren to take over. He was extremely professional throughout and kept me informed of any progress that was being made. Not only did the insurance company payout in record time, I received an amount that I could only dream of. If I would’ve dealt with the claim myself, then I’m sure I would have probably received half if not less. I can’t thank Darren enough for all his efforts and hard work. He was literally a god send.
