I recieved fantastic professional service from Scott in the suplping and installing security lights. He provided a detailed quote and completed the work to a high standard. He is very customer orientated , friendly and highly professional. I would highly recommend S Cloud Electrical Services.
When visiting to view the proposed work, Scott explained in detail what was required. On the day the work was carried out, Scott arrived at exactly the agreed time and carried out the work - replacing a defective double power socket and replacing five halogen light fittings with LED fittings and fitting a new 3 way dimmer switch - quietly and efficiently. He then demonstrated the new fittings working and throughout was informative and friendly.
Scott was very punctual, knowledgable, helpful & tidy. Our lights kept tripping & he successfully found & fixed the problem. Would not hesitate to recommend Scott.
We contacted Scott after seeing his advert in a local magazine. We explained the problems and he suggested how to fix them. He quoted a price for the work and agreed a date and time with us. Scott arrived promptly; he replaced a double power socket and fitted a new light in the kitchen as previously agreed and at the price he quoted. He was helpful and polite throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
Replaced cooker hood, carried out on date and on time for quoted price. Very courteous, reliable communications and neat procedure and result with good attitude to follow up and aftercare. This was much appreciated after total failure by another electrician in Farnborough Village to carry out work.... a pleasant contrast and experience... will use again for any electrical needs.

Found Scott extremely punctual, turned up when he said he would. Did more work than he said he would. Left the house in clean and tidy condition. Did the required work without any problems and provided the relevant certification. A brilliant job and I highly recommend.
We have used Scott numerous times since moving to our new home in October 2022. This time was work needed related to our new kitchen range. The new range required a bigger cable so Scott came to look at what was required and how it was to be done. Scott planned a way of running the new cable from the fuse box to the location of the range without damage to our kitchen cabinets. As we have seen before Scott makes an appointment and he turns up on time and first thing he does is protect our home with dust sheets while he works. Scott is a tidy worker and he explains everything he is doing as he goes along. We are very pleased with the work and our new range is due in a couple of weeks. This is a professional service and we have no hesitation in saying you should use Scott for any electrical work. We have always had a written quote in advance and have never been charged anything more than the originally agreed price.

Scott replaced an old fluorescent ceiling light in our kitchen with an LED batten light. He also replaced an aging bathroom light fitting. Booking a time for him to come was swift and very efficient. Scott completed all the work quickly, thoroughly and tidily. What a pleasant, helpful chap! We highly recommend him!
I found Scott through Which Trusted Traders. He arrived punctually, introduced himself and covered carpet with dust sheet before bringing in all necessary tools etc. He explained everything thoroughly before starting work, making sure that I was happy with where the sockets would be placed and then asked me to check that I was satisfied with finished results. He put all furniture back in place and left each room dust-free. I am extremely pleased with the finished results. The work was within the original quote and done to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again in the future.
Scott took some old lights down, and installed new lights I had bought. He did a very good job. He turned up on time, and called ahead to confirm when he would arrive.
