Understood and correctly interpreted my brief for the lard landscaping to the front garden: re-contouring the sloping site, loose terracing using Purbeck rockery stone, laying of screed surface all done well. Fostered a good working relationship with my neighbours - ensuring that they were not unduly inconvenienced by the works."

People can get into trouble for reasons beyond their control. I don't judge him on that but he had more than a year to sort this out which makes me think he never intended to do so."
