“I had to organize the renovation of our roof from abroad - and John, the owner of Safeguard Roofing Ltd. stood out from all the roofers I contacted by being very responsive, uncomplicated and knowledgeable from the start, making it easy to appoint him fast so he could get on with the works swiftly - which he did. John kept me updated almost daily with pictures and clips of the progress on site. Arising concerns, (e.g. the colour of the new tiles, that we hadn’t discussed in advance) I addressed directly to him by phone and he changed them the next day without making any fuss - after having shared pictures of possible alternatives by WhatsApp. John kept his workers on site so the works were executed within a few days and when they left, the site was clean - no rubbish or damage left behind. From day one the execution of this job needed to be build on mutual trust - and John kept his promise to the very end. Thank you!”

Very happy with the work we had an emergency problem with our roof they come out with hours and replaced are flat roof lead flashing which course a leak in are kitchen so happy and paid full invoice cost So will recommend them to friends

Very good service
It’s always a worry for me when I need work done on my house and who to trust to give me the quality finish and workmanship I expect, but this was by far the easiest transaction and work I’ve had done on my house. Easy to talk to, friendly, approachable and processional didn’t rush it like most, gave me a price and stuck to it and I’m overall very impressed. Highly recommended!
Work was done to a very high standard. The men that did the work were extremely tidy and polite and there was always contact with the principal. Would definitely use again. Very impressive and much better value than all the other quotations.
John and the team j&j roofing done us a amazing job me and my husband got a few qoutes but j&j was the most Trust worthy they have been in the business in a while and made me and my husband seem very happy knowing we are getting a proper job done we had a complete new felt roof Done a very good team guys John didn’t take no money up front until we was happy with the job witch we was would highly recommend. Very good and polite team thank u guys
