“William and his team replaced a very long flat roof over our garage and kitchen area which had shown leaks. The only delays work starting was caused by continuous rain but once we had a dry spell they came immediately and the work was completed within 2 two days. The work was to a high standard and they left no mess at all. We would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”
“I am leaving this review on behalf of my Uncle. He had an extension 2 years ago which had been fraught with roof leaks resulting in him having to bite the bullet and get another contractor in to resolved the issues. He found Safe Way Ltd via Trust a Trader. There was two elements to his roof the problematic flat roof covering from the extension and the main pitched roof which had been damaged during the extension. He had both areas replaced just before Christmas 2025. This work was completed in 3 days with a total of 7 people on site. They all turned up and left when was advised and agreed. They where polite , tidy and very hardworking. He couldn't be happier with the people or the quality of work. He's now confident that any snags will be dealt with in the same manner unlike his original experience.”

Can’t fault these Guys. On initial call William was friendly and informative. Quick to come out and do site visit and quoted on the spot. Within 3 days the work was complete. The roofers were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was fantastic. Overall extremely pleased and will have no hesitation to use again!
We had the old guttering removed and new one installed. We agree with the previous positive comments on punctuality, accuracy and cleanliness. I appreciated all workers fully engaging with me (a foreign woman) about the work requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend and use again this reliable company in the future. No deposit required and no undue pressure for payment once they finished the job.
Front and back gable ends needed re-pointing. Given a 3-4 week timeframe to start job but then was able to fit it in at short notice. William was true to his word and quote. Open and friendly. Those working with him were job focused and explained what they needed and how things were progressing. Always an ordeal to find a reliable trader so pleased sites like trustatrader.com exist. Word of mouth and honest reviews help. But individuals like William who meet with you and discuss the job help with that personal side to give confidence in engaging a company with your property and provide value for money. Have full confidence that our experience is the normal approach to any job so feel able to recommend Safe Way U.K. Ltd without any reservations.

Brilliant job guys
A few weeks ago I found the bearer bars under the tiles on my 60 year old house were generally rotten. I had no experience of Roofing so went to Trusted Trader. I selected Safeway UK and was completed satisfied with the way the work of re-roofing was organised , carried out and cleared up.
William and his lads made a terrific job of my garden with block paving, artificial grass and new fencing. To be honest, I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I first asked William for a quote and did ask for the fencing as an after thought but that was all not a problem for him. He had plenty of advice and suggestions for me and I now have a beautiful rear and side garden. My neighbours are well impressed and have been asking William for quotes for themselves. My husband and I would highly recommend Safe Way UK. I'm really chuffed with the results.
William and his team did a great job, he arrived on time, did all the work requested, he was very friendly and helpful, the team cleaned up well and the drive looks great, I would recommend him for both driveway and roof.
