replace glass panes in bedrooms Avoid this contractor. We paid Sam £749.92 in total. He overcharged for materials, damaged the window frame while attempting the work and suggested an silicone fix instead of proper wooden beading around the windows (which would have looked awful) We had to get another contractor to repair the damage he caused. He agreed to refund 50% (£374.96), confirmed in WhatsApp messages but despite chasing him since November 2025, the refund has still not been paid. Not a trustworthy contractor so AVOID, AVOID and AVOID.
Repair /replace double glazed window Easy to arrange and work was done quickly I've noticed that the plastic around the window outside has not been stuck back properly

Replace one window on ground floor Sam responded very quickly snd came to measure the window the same day. He returned the next morning, New Years Day and completed the job. I am very happy to give him and his work a 5* review. True to his word and time keeping. He kept me informed at every step of the process. window has been smashed. We need a replacement as soon as possible Outstanding service. Sam came to my property within a couple if hours made the property safe took the measurements and installed a new window the first thing the next morning. Sam kept me updated through the process. Window Panel Replaced Sam has put an incorrect update on here so i will put a screenshot of our conversation here **** Sam knows where the property is, he doesnt need access, window can be accessed outside and last contact on the 27th Dec, he doesn't want to fix ******** Hugely disappointing service I hired Sam to change a broken window in my property and trusted him to do a good job in my absence, however whilst the window looked good inside on inspection of the outside the window frames were poorly put together, cracked and not properly sealed .. I had contacted Sam to put this right but he initially said he was driving so didnt take my call (but he had been happy taking my call when wanting to win the job) and then a day later he said he will be back to sort it, the day has come and gone without as much as a contact from Sam If you are hiring this company make sure you are there to inspect the work before parting with any payment else this is the type of service you will get (Updated on 10 Jan 2026) Answer from tradesperson: i tried to contact her after but she is not answering the call now and i tried my best however beeds was so tight it was hard to open but i still tried my best however i done lots of jobs only one negative review can’t define my work experience.
