The quality of their work was excellent—they fitted a new shower and extended the pipework seamlessly, with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how transparent they were on price from the outset—no surprises, just honest and fair. Communication was spot on throughout the whole job; they kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and were always easy to get hold of. On top of that, they were reliable, turned up when they said they would, and were genuinely friendly and professional to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone—top-quality service all round.”
“Sam and Steph were absolutely brilliant in every way. They did my daughter's bathroom and she recommended them. We had our ensuite re-done. They were punctual, kept us informed, they cleaned up completely, they were so kind and efficient. I was a bit worried about everything as we were in a flat with communal water but they were so helpful and explained everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. We were thrilled with the results and I can't thank them enough.”

Steph and Sam were quick to respond made a timely appointment found the problem gave a quote suggested I get more quotes I’d already done that , very pleased with the job the price was good, very friendly and being a lady over 70 I’m apprehensive with tradespeople in my home but I felt very comfortable with them would use them again and would recommend them
This couple tackled a job other plumbers, including British Gas Home Care, refused to tackle due to the age and type of the sink. They have done a wonderful job, and saved my old sink which is thicker stainless than new ones so that I can safely stand on it to replace light bulbs and clean the large kitchen window. I am so grateful to them. They took a positive attitude to the difficulties and have done a great job.
Highly recommended. Sam and Steph installed a new tap and a new shower in our bathroom and also took on a few other smaller jobs. Communication was great throughout and they helped us source the new tap and shower (which we are thrilled with).
Sam and Steph have just fitted a new waste and tap to my bathroom basin good communication through out, when I texted them to arrange appointment came back quickly to confirm time did a really good job quick and clean and reasonably priced have used them in the past and will be using them again in the future
Responded to initial enquiry re replacing garden tap immediately. Arranged to come next day to do the job. Arrived on time, polite friendly couple. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Fantastic work both of these have done on my taps. They have created Flexi pipes for me so of I need to change in future this should be a easier job for me to do. Very welcoming people and I will be using these again 100%. Thank you! :)
Emailed Sam & Steph after being let down twice previously by other plumbers - one of which left the job half finished and the other didn’t even get back to us. From first contact to final completion really happy with the service and professionalism of these two. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again if we need a plumber.

I first phone Sam a Steph plumbing and was desperately in need of a plumber we moved in are house November and needed to fix the shower unfortunately I fell off the roof and was struggling I called Sam and Steph and text my job description and explained my situation they came over viwed the job came back to me with a price and agreed to do the job it required a deposit for materials at first I was very concerned but after reading the reviews I sent they momey 2 days later they called me said they can come out and fitted they job and made me and my autistic son so happy my son as been in and out of shower all day I would have sam and Steph back anytime ✨✨✨✨⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! ⭐ We had a water leak under our patio, we text Sam and withing 10 mins he had replied back (This was late on a Friday evening) he cancelled plans he had on Saturday and came round with his wife Steph. They both were polite and courteous and fixed my leak along with also replacing a stuck stop cock. I was so impressed with them from start to finish and will only ever use them now for anything plumbing related. I can't rate them highly enough ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I cannot rate Sam and Steph highly enough. An old isolation valve under the sink was passed its sell by date and had started leaking when I replaced a tap. I decided to tackle what I thought to be a fairly straightforward job but unfortunately just made matters worse. It was late afternoon and I had no water or heating. I sent a text to 'Sam and Steph's Plumbing' and was amazed to get a reply within 5 mins and they was on his way within the hour and the job was done and dusted within 25 minutes of arrival. Throughout Sam was really efficient and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use 'Sam and Steph's Plumbing' again in the future. Top guy!
We were very impressed with this amazing man and wife team. Great communication, prompt visit, very happy with their work, and their professionalism . Would highly recommend.
