Samson sweep has been very professional , insightful and very helpful. He is clearly passionate and has lots of expertise in and around chimneys, flues, cowls and their design . I recently had the pleasure of hiring Samson Sweeps for a chimney sweep for a very impacted chimney, and I am thoroughly impressed with his service. I am so pleased to have found Samson Sweep & would highly recommend Samson to anyone in need of chimney cleaning or works. After removing some 8 black sacks works of bird nests on my long neglected chimney which was used as a focal point only, he advised without any hard sell, a proper cowl instead of chicken wire would probably be more beneficial. He then emailed me details of various cowls to chose from, which he then ordered & fitted a few days later once he had received it. Samson is a very friendly & approachable chap, happy to answer any questions & give advice. He kept in contact regarding his ETA, work was done promptly at a very reasonable cost & everywhere was left clean & tidy
