New roof.
John and his team recently replaced the main roof of our house. The price quoted was fair and competitive, and the work was completed ahead of schedule to a high professional standard. The team were punctual, courteous and cheerful and they left the site clean and tidy. If I had any queries, john responded almost immediately to follow up. I can recommend Saxon Roofing and would employ the company again.

Chimney stack
Agreed a price for John and his team to complete a leak around the chimney. They arrived promptly and scooted up the ladder onto roof after looking at damp patch in bedroo. Ceiling g. Steve, member of John's team was very pleasant and professional and explained, via the photos he had taken of the issues, what had to be done. Due to rain they suggested to return next morning to complete job. They arrived at said time and completed job to my satisfaction. John's company are honest and reliable and I thoroughly recommend them.

Replacing a tile
John and his team responded on the same day, they managed to do the repair on the same day. The team were very polite and respectful. The price was a lot less than I expected it to be. John gave assurances that if there was any problems he would return free of charge.

Great service
John responded within minutes to my request for him to come and give me an estimate for repairs to two hip ridges on our roof. He was very pleasant and gave helpful advice and his written quotation was, I felt, very reasonable. Communication was excellent throughout, his men were pleasant and polite, did a good job and cleared up after themselves. Before sending his invoice a few days later John called us to check that we were happy with the work that had been done. We are glad to have discovered Saxon roofers, will use them again if we need any roof work done and we are happy to recommend them.

First Class Roofing Service
Saxon Roofing responded quickly to an emergency call out regarding a leak. John and team responded quickly and found the source of the leak, making a temporary fix. They returned to do a complete roof overhaul, replacing cracked tiles, raking out and cementing all ridge tiles, checking and repairing valleys,etc The team worked hard all day and I am confident that the work is to a high standard. John’s team were polite and respectful at all times.The work is fully guaranteed and I would not hesitate in recommending Saxon Roofing.

Great Work
Recently bought first property. Saxon Roofing were quick to come over and provide quotation for both roof and guttering work. They were open, honest and provided a very reasonable price. Came within days to complete work efficiently and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend 🙂

What an outstanding experience! This company truly went above and beyond to fix our roof, — nothing was too much trouble. They stepped in during our time of need and pulled out all the stops to help us. The workmanship was top-notch, the team was extremely reliable, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable throughout. There were no hidden fees — everything was clear and transparent from the start, which made the whole process stress-free. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Given the urgency of our situation, he arranged for his team to come out early the very next day. John provided me with a quotation following an arrangement to meet at my house. He did not do the sales pitch but was open honest and transparent suggesting materials he would use. Following acceptance of the quote John and his team arrived as agreed and undertook the replacement of gutters, soffits and facias. Following further inspection of the ridge tiles and valleys I agreed that he undertook the necessary maintenance and agreed an increase on the original quote. His team were punctual diligent and committed to completing the works to a high quality and tidying after themselves. I would highly recommend Saxon Roofing Ltd to undertake all aspects of roofing works. 100% satisfied customer!

Clean and professional work
I had some problems with my roof verged and reached out to Saxon Roofing. John was really responsive and answered my enquiries promptly. It took me a while to make the decision but I was convinced by John's patience and thoughtful advice. I did have quite a few tasks and was worried that they couldn't finish on the day. But they came in early and finished the job around 3pm - just like what John promised! Very friendly, cheerful and hardworking workers, despite the very hot weather. I am very pleased with their work and would like to recommend them.

Great job!
Saxon Roofing team arrived when they said they would. The team were cheerful, friendly and professional. They replaced some slate tiles that had blown off in the recent storms and made good the flashing on one chimney. They even removed a part-scaffolding board from our roof gutter. The Saxon guys left everything neat and tidy. A job well done - thank you so much Saxon Roofing!

Emergency roofing repair after storm
Saxon Roofing did a fantastic job and were professional throughout. They came out in an emergency after storm Darragh caused a gable wall to collapse on our extension roof. They worked at the weekend in terrible conditions to clear away the rubble and then to waterproof the extension so that the gable end could be repaired. Once that was done they replaced the roof and did a really good job. It's as new. They provided all the paperwork we needed to deal with the insurance company (LV) who were being really difficult and uncooperative. We'd highly recommend this firm.

Chimney flashing, ridge tiles repairs
Saxon called out the next day after first contacting them to assess a chimney breast leak. Stephen and Steven identified the problem straight away. I also asked them to check for any other possible issues. They identified ridge tiles needed some repointing as well, but the rest of the flat roof on loft conversion and bay window were absolutely fine. They took photos and explained the problems and what was needed to fix them. Carried out the work there and then, Steven and Stephen were both efficient, friendly and informative. They also reassured next-door neighbour about what work they were doing. A great team would use them again and recommend to everyone. Vicky Liverpool

Roof repair
Saxon roofing attended 24/12/24. A price was agreed and the work was carried out on the repair and completed in about 45 minutes with the seal between me and my neighbour's house reattached. I would recommend Saxon Roofing.

Excellent service!
Saxon roofing are a fuss free professional outfit who did an excellent job resetting our roof ridge tiles. They arrived early, grafted non-stop all day and cleaned up afterwards. Really very satisfied with the work and fair price.

Would Definitely Recommend
Saxon Roofing did some work on our roof last summer and did a really good job. No hard sell, did exactly what they said they would do for a fair price. Yesterday we had torrential rain and water was pouring from my elderly neighbours gutters. She contacted me very distressed, so I called John at Saxon roofing to see if he could help. Although busy, in view of my neighbours age and anxiety, John managed to send somebody this morning to take a look. The chaps fixed the problem there and then. Saxon roofing now have two very happy customers, thanks John. I would definitely recommend this company.
