“Shawn came to assess the leak in roof on the same day I telephoned. He provided a comprehensive assessment of the work needed to repair and quoted the best price. The Team arrived on time and completed the repair within hours to a very high standard. They went beyond the initial assessment and provided photographs of before and after the work was completed. Shawn is totally honest and trustworthy and leaves you confident that the problem has been resolved. He provides exceptional Customer Service by following up to check that the problem has not reoccurred. Would highly recommend this Company as they are professional and have integrity.”

“Phoned this morning as I had a leak in roof. Arrived at my house within 1 hour of phoning and identified the problem, said repair could be done today so gave the go ahead. Job completed within a couple of hours with no mess and at reasonable price. very polite an courteous and would highly recommend. Now warm and dry for winter. Great Job!”

Company did a great job am so pleased I found them on our Formby Bubble website. Did a fab job, great guys, punctual, reliable and trustworthy would definitely recommend. Fantastic price too xxx
Shawn and his lads have recently done a full re-roof for us. Very reasonably priced and Shawn organised the scaffolding and permits needed which took the stress away for us. They were all really professional from start to finish and can’t fault anything. The roof looks amazing, so pleased with it. Can’t recommend Shawn highly enough, thank you.

Shawn was excellent, friendly and helpful when advising on what work was required to our property providing pictures of the damage and providing estimates of the costing . Shawn,Liam and Jack worked diligently to get the job completed within 2 days - fitting verge tiles to the gable end and on the roofs apex, repairing ridge tiles and renewing the back soaker . The work was completed to a high standard and all debris was cleared and removed leaving everywhere clean and tidy . Really pleased with how smart the roof looks now and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Tony Quinn , Anfield Liverpool

I was recommended SC-Roofing & Exteriors Ltd by a neighbour after noticing recent storm damage to our roof. I rang Shaun and he arranged to inspect the damage on that day. He then made a good repair the next day. He was polite and friendly and arrived on time, quickly making a good repair of the damage. I will definitely use him again if needed.

SC Roofing & Exteriors Ltd, I could not recommend high enough. The lads recently carried out work on both my mums house and garage roofs. Both completed in a very timely fashion to a high standard. My mum is in her late 70s and is very nervous around people she does not know, especially when in her home, Shawn, Liam and Jack made her feel so calm and even bought her flowers when they realised it had been her birthday, for myself as her son this is just as important as the work they carried out as it made Mum feel very secure, and Shawn kept her up to date with the whole job at all times which again helped reassure her. As I have said I recommend SC Roofing highly anyway, but if you’re are elderly or perhaps a woman on your own, these lads go the extra mile to make you feel secure in their work.

Did exactly what was needed with minimum fuss. Came out and quickly repaired some storm damage to our roof. Good communications, calling me to see he could come early if that worked for us. Hard to judge quality and VFM when all the work was done on the roof. He did though provide before and after photo's of the work done which was a very helpful way for me to see the repairs.

We had a leak in the roof around our chimney that a previous contractor failed to fix properly, so contacted SC based on Trustatrader reviews and work done on a friend's house. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, polite and explained what they would do to fix our leak, and why. Ended up with them taking down our 12ft chimney below the roofline & putting new battens and slates over the hole...and all done in less than a day, including very thorough clean up. A great team of 4 guys on the job and all I did was keep the brews flowing! From Shawn's initial quote, the team on the day lead by his dad, through to Shawn checking we were satisfied after the job, a professional outfit who are a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly recommended 👍

Great service and quality work from Shawn and his dad. We had some damage from the most recent storms and the loft was left exposed as a result. Shawn fitted me in in less than 24 hours and the roof is secure and the work was top notch. Whenever I speak to him he is polite and courteous and can't do enough to help. We’ve used them to replace our damaged roof and guttering. We are very happy with the service, quality, and finished work. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing service. 5 stars!
I would not recommend this company. We had problems with damage to the driveway, poor fitting fascia/gutter assembly, poor quality pointing and many other issues. During three months of chasing, six times they promised to call out but failed to turn up. Only with the intervention of a third party did they eventually turn up. They offered solutions that were far from suitable so reluctantly we decided to have nothing more to do with them. Our confidence and trust has been completely shattered. It will be necessary for us to employ an alternative company to rectify things. Some other issues: CCTV cable slashed during raking out of mortar - no compensation offered. Wet mortar deposited in domestic waste bins by employee. Cigarette stubs littering the lawn and patio. Some old mortar not raked out prior to repointing. Side drain blocked due to mortar from the pointing being hosed down it.

Very pleased with the work they did. We saw them working on a neighbours house so knew the work was good. They were hard working and nice.
