“We needed a complete new central heating system and boiler. This required removing the old system, boiler and tank, and installing a new combination boiler and six new radiators. We also requested a new shower unit running off the new boiler. Scott initially viewed the work required and promptly provided an estimate which we subsequently accepted. Scott explained what was required throughout the installation, identified any problems and answered any questions that we had. Scott worked hard, completing the job in in 4 days. He was friendly, punctual, professional, and precise. He takes pride in his work and the end result is excellent. We unreservedly recommend SDB Heating.”

I found Scott on trusted trader. I needed a new boiler radiator and pipe work installed as I had a hot air system. It was a big job and he completed it in four and a half days. I stayed at my daughters while the work was being done. He kept me informed of what was happening. He was very polite and professional and would definitely recommend him, in fact I’m going to have him back to sort my bathroom and toilet.

Scott was great! He was flexible with when he could look at my fire, let me know when he was on the way and was very efficient when here. He was knowledgeable and identified the problem straight away, giving different options as a solution. Would highly recommend :)
Spot-on, explained what he was doing and why...and didn't mind that I watched what he was doing! I will recommend him to friends and family.
I required a safety check to my combi boiler so made a request to five gas engineers to contact me. Scott was the only one who made contact with a quick and courteous response. Scott was exactly on time for his visit. On examination of the boiler it was found that its time had come and a replacement was the best option. When checking the gas supply in the house it was found that we had a gas leak inside the house. At all times Scott explained the issues clearly and went through all of the options. Scott sorted the leak and replaced the combi boiler. The place was left in good order and arrangements were made by Scott to remove all of the waste. I am an Engineer myself and recognise a professional when I meet one. Scott will be my preferred choice to complete any gas work in the future.

Scott provided a faultless service. Extremely prompt response on the day my boiler breakdown, a thorough fix and service to get my 20 year old boiler online again. Also responded to my request for a new installation and walked through the system extremely diligently. Quotation breakdown was sent on the same day. I will certainly recommend to my friends / family and he will be my first call for future work

We would like to say a BIG thank you to Scott, for the fantastic work he has done in replacing a new boiler and removing old heating tank and old boiler, Scott kept us informed every step of the way as to what he was doing, we were free to ask questions and Scott was happy to answer and explain, Scott arrived on time and also made sure that he cleaned up as he went along, we could not fault him or his work in any way, we are very happy to recommend Scott, as his work ethic's are top class. Scott installed a new radiator for me in a room that had not had one in before. I was very happy with the end result and was impressed with the professionalism and expertise that Scott displayed when carrying out this work. I was having problems lighting my gas fire, so on January 2nd I telephoned and spoke to Scott at 'SDB Heating'. He suggested that I had the fire serviced, and he gave me a price. We arranged for him to do that, and on January 5th Scott arrived at 9am as agreed, and he worked as a true professional throughout the time he was with me. Start to finish, he did whatever was necessary to get the job done. Scott was very friendly, he cleaned up after himself, left my fire looking fantastic, and working perfectly! Very good price too! Scott replaced our boiler and moved/replaced a radiator in one of our bedrooms. Turned up when he said he would and explained everything clearly to someone who was pretty clueless (me). It took a few days and he always tidied up at the end of each day as much as possible and didn't leave us with any mess after. A great job, will have him back for any future work & would definitely recommend.

Our gas fire failed to light having not been recently serviced. After searching for a local trader with strong reviews, I contacted Scott on Sunday morning. Scott got back to me very quickly, and was at the house the following afternoon. His work was excellent, taking great care to leave everything in a better condition that he found it! Absolutely delighted to have our gas fire not only up and running again, but pretty much looking as good as new. Very fair pricing, excellent value for money. Would add that Scott was very friendly and courteous - I learned a lot about gas fires and more (mostly at my request!). Would recommend without reservation.

Scott came to do a service on my combi boiler which had a fault. He talked us through everything he did and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced , very nice man. Would definitely recommend .

Called and told the problem, arrived within 2 hours of initial call, prompt and completed works fast and was v knowledgeable. Will use again
Scott was very good, very professional and punctual. He arrived on time, finished job with explaining things correctly and politely. Finished off with clearing off mess. He initially quoted the price and stick to the price, excluding any other additional work. Slightly expensive or overpriced from normal tradesman, but otherwise is OK.
