Stuart replaced our underlay and re-stretched the carpet after some plumbing and electrical work. He was prompt to reply to messages and then did a great job. I would use Stuart again and would definitely recommend him.
Very tidy and helpful
I hate complaining but it was bad. Left nails and screws in carpet in a house with a baby. Spent all day working on my floor and after a week it was creaky again. Told me he’d tried to do the bedroom floor but I’ve since had another guy out who’s showed me the fact he hadn’t even pulled up the carpet to fix the worst areas. Half a job. Not to mention he drilled through a pipe causing water damage to the downstairs of my house including a wall and my living room floor Had to call someone out to fix the plumbing AND his flooring mistakes. Still wanted full pay. Paid half, wish I hadn’t bothered
