Good communication, well organised and excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail (which as a designer, is something of an OCD for me, so i’m aware I am probably harder to please than the average customer!) Our project would probably have been much easier for Sam had we been ripping out our existing kitchen and starting again. But our brief to him was to retain the existing units (which were bespoke and well made) and integrate the new kitchen format around them, with various modifications and additions. Sam was a pleasure to work with. Good communication, well organised and excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail (which as a designer, is something of an OCD for me, so i’m aware I am probably harder to please than the average customer!) Suffice to say we are very pleased with the work
