“Velux window flashings and tile replacement Sean Baker is a genuine honest guy who came out and fixed a problem left by another roofer . He told me exactly what the problem was , and came back to fix it in a very short time keeping to his time and day ,which is very unusual from other builders I have experienced . The flashing around the windows were installed incorrectly which Sean put right with a very reasonable quote . Sean is a professional in what he does ,and i would highly recommend him ,infact i already have to my neighbours who require a roofer .”
“Having a velux window put into our roof Sean was very polite and respectful and did a brilliant job for us, he turned up at the time that he said he would get to us and he got down to work straight away. I can't thank Sean enough for what he has done for my daughter she's over the moon now that she's got a lovely window in her room. Velux Cabrio roof window supply & fit Sean arrived on time with the new Velux window. Sean is polite, helpful and worked very hard to overcome a number of unforeseen problems and fit the new Velux window in very difficult weather conditions. In addition he also fitted a chimney cowl. The new window and chimney cowl are now fitted and I am very happy with Sean's hard work. I will look forward to Sean returning to complete another Velux related job as agreed. Thank you Sean for all your hard work.

Felt replacement on shed Slow start but made good job of felt on shed however I also asked him to take on other jobs he started but then missed days .Then excuses came despite promises to come back two phone calls and email no contact or response from him he has left me with a hippo bag full of rubbish which I now have to pay for to be collected a garden gate not supplied or fitted.Also his empty gas canister which I have to find a way to remove.Would never employ him again feel badly let down and taken for a vulnerable older person,

Replace a broken roof tile Very quick response, fair quote from phone picture. Arrived when he said. Done the job quickly and no fuss even left me a spare tile. Sean is now quoting me another job.
5.5m2 Felt Flat Roof Replacement Sean responded to my posting promptly and with a much better price than my local roofers. He arrived on time, did a great job and backed it up with 20yr warranty. Nice guy too. What more can you ask?!. Perfect. I wouldn’t consider anyone else now for flat roofing work.

New roof needs to be done ASAP Sean came for a site visit recommended different ways to over come a problem we had, he then came two days later to do the work he said he would do which was completed to a very high standard I will definitely be using Sean again for future jobs Thank you Sean
