The kitchen is most definitely the heart of the home and is now big enough for all the family to enjoy meals all together. Carlos, George & Joe always arrived on time, worked continuously throughout the day & were always so clean & tidy, and so respectful of our neighbours too. Patrick managed all the moving parts of this job amazingly, and we would have been lost without him! We would 100% recommend SEC Ltd to anyone, they are incredible!”

Excellent work carried out on internal renovation of our home. Patrick had a 'can do' attitude which was really helpful if any problems occurred, reacting immediately in finding ways to solve any unforeseen issues. His team were excellent - Carlos and George were especially a great team. They were courteous, skilled, hard working and paid attention to detail. We would definitely recommend SEC - and indeed we intend to invite them to complete further renovations next year.
Well where to start, so from the beginning, Patrick came to meet with us and discuss what we wanted, what was the budget and what was our expectation. Patrick put us at ease straight away unlike other builders that we saw beforehand he was honest understanding and made us not one promise he and his team could not for-fill. Patrick has such an amazing team working for him Carlos, George and Joe nothing was too much trouble and to say they went above and beyond daily would be a huge understatement The plans we had drawn up to us looked fine to us but straight away Patrick saw ways to work with our architect to gain us even more space and height to our bedroom extension going back and forth with the architect at no extra cost to us as all Patrick and his team wanted was what was best for us and how they delivered. Carlos, George and Joe arrived every day at 8am and worked flat out at an incredible pace with Patrick managing the job brilliantly, thank you from the bottom of our hearts
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and his team and will certainly be using them for future work. They did a great job of our roof, side extension and new kitchen and we can not fault the standard of work. Patrick oversaw everything from start to finish, has great vision and certainly knows his stuff. Carlos and George are meticulous with detail and nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish everyone was punctual, cheerful and always friendly and polite and they understood the needs of our senior dog and always made sure that the site was usable for her, even laughed when she walked on the new flooring before it had set!

Although the project was comparatively small, it was still quite complex, requiring the use of a variety of trades. Patrick managed this all in a most friendly and professional manner and they all performed to a high standard. I would be more than happy to use their services again.
A very trustworthy team, which is the most important thing when letting builders into your home. Coped well with our slightly non-conventional requests. Thanks SEC.
What stood out to me, and I think this is rare, was trust and costumer service. Patrick’s team at SEC and his subcontractors were a delight to deal with day to day. The build quality was great - this came as standard. Patrick himself simply knows what’s important to customers. As a consulting engineer in the trade, I see this as refreshing and a credit to the construction industry. Barry
Patrick and his team did a fantastic job of our extension and new kitchen. The standard of work is high. Each and every worker was punctual and hard working. They clearly take pride in their work and nothing was ever too much trouble. Patrick was always contactable and happy to help with anything. We have been pleased with the work from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Patrick and his team were amazing and we are so grateful for his expertise, knowledge and advice during our house refurbishment, extension and loft conversion; they transformed our house wonderfully. It was challenging times with COVID19 and Patrick was great at navigating the limitations this caused - always sensitive and thoughtful whilst professional. During our house transformation Patrick was mindful of keeping original features and striking a balance between modern and traditional styles. He also used local resources which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Patrick, Carlos and George to others.
Patrick and all the team at SEC Ltd were truly outstanding throughout the project. The attention to detail and determination to deliver on specification and quality was evident throughout. We had a large extension done, new kitchen and some civil ground works. Please go to Patrick first before approaching an architect.He will save you money and also includes architect and structural engineer services if required. What I liked most about SEC ltd (Patrick) was that he knew our budget and truly helped us get the most out of it. Listened to what we wanted and was flexible when we changed our minds. The team he used was a pleasure to have in the house, clean, friendly, quiet and no swearing. The work was done to a high standard. We are very happy with the quality of his work and would recommend SEC to family and friends. Overall I rate the full experience 10 out of 10. I think trust between builder and client is key. I trust SEC ltd and Patrick and will use only his services in the future.
Patrick has a very hard working team who are all very polite and respectful. He himself has a easy reasuring manner which takes away a lot of the stress involved in major works. Nothing is insurmountable. We plan to have him back to do further works on our property.
Having used SEC several years back for the fitting of a new kitchen and bathroom, and complete overhaul of the paving and drainage in my back garden, I called on them again recently for a bit of an emergency in a different house. With tenants due to move in within the week, and holes in both bathroom floors (!), they crowbarred me into their busy schedule, replaced one bathroom floor, repaired another and fixed a leak, all in the nick of time! Am so grateful once again to Patrick for fitting me in, and Carlos and George for their reliably thorough work. Cannot recommend SEC highly enough!
