Fantastic service throughout
Fantastic service throughout with Secure A Hone. Thoroughly recommend Austyn and his team. Had all our front windows replaced over last 2 days to match new composite front door we had fitted by them 2 years ago, following recommendation from my parents who had all new windows and front door on their bungalow in 2023. Quality company and products. Cannot wait for our next project to get back of house sorted. Thank you so much

First class job
We used Secure A Home when replacing our side windows, and composite front-door, and they did such a good job that we asked them back for the front bay and bedroom replacements. Austyn and the team identified and repaired some structural issues, and finished the work to their usual high standard. We will definitely ask them back next to replace the rear windows.

Secure A Home - Window Replacement
We’ve recently had new windows fitted and, once again, received excellent service from start to finish. This is now the fourth time we’ve used Secure A Home, and the quality of both the workmanship and customer service has consistently been of a very high standard. From the initial enquiry through to completion, the process was smooth and well-organised. Quotes are always provided promptly, the pricing is fair and transparent, and the team is reliable and professional in everything they do. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Communication is always very good, any questions or queries are answered quickly, Austyn and Jess are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s reassuring to work with a company that is dependable and takes pride in their work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly continue to use them for future projects. Excellent Conservatory Roof Replacement
Writing on behalf of my mum. From the moment we asked Secure a Home to assess my mum's conservatory, we had full confidence that Austyn and his team were experienced and fully capable. Austyn was outstanding in explaining what work would be required and we opted to do more than just fix the bare minimum and also have a replacement door at the same time. The communication from Secure a Home was superb, from quotation through to the work being completed. Professional and efficient. The work we had done included a replacement roof and patio door. We wouldn't hesitate to use Secure a Home again.

Bungalow window and doors replaced
We have used Secure a home a few times now and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not only is their work great so is their professionalisms, customer care and attention to detail. They are always on hand to answer any questions and provide informative and detailed quotes or point you in the right direction to get the result you require.They put no pressure on you and allow you time to think about what it is you want and if you are happy with everything. We have had all our windows, doors, skylight and garage door provided and fitted by Secure a home (8 windows, 2 doors, and a roof lantern). Even when we have locked our selfs out they were on hand to help us out and replace our lock for a thumb lock to stop this happening again. I would highly recommend Secure a home to any potential customer and have referred a number of friends and family to them. Amazing company!

Fantastic window fitting
Austyn and Jess have been great from the beginning. Came and quoted at agreed time, clear breakdown and no pressure to book. We had the windows replaced while we were on holiday, Austyn and team worked really hard and left the house immaculate. Really impressed by the quality and fitting of all the windows changed. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering new windows or doors.

Excellent Service
Austyn and the team have just fitted new windows to our home, including a 5 panel bay window. From start to finish the communication and work has been excellent. When we first met Austyn for a quote we were so impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail and the fact that he offered guidance on how things should be done, whilst still listening to our ideas. The quotes came back from Jess fully detailed, with visuals of the project too, which was so helpful. The team carrying out the job were so friendly. Its a messy job, and when done in the middle of November, a cold one too. They were conscientious of being in our home despite having a job to do and not only left the project completed beautifully, but also tidied the area where they had been working each day before they left. We are delighted with the new windows and the excellent finish the team have left us with. We already have another project for some new doors booked in with Secure A Home too and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service
Austyn and the team fitted a replacement conservatory and at the same time replaced the guttering/downpipes and soffits/fascias at my property. All communications with Jess and Austyn prior to the work being carried out were good and on the day, the lads worked efficiently and completed all of the work before schedule. All old windows/guttering etc were removed and the site left spotless. This company was recommended to us by friends who have used them several times - and we will now follow suit!

Brilliant company!!
We have just had a new conservatory roof fitted by Secure a Home. Arrived when they said they would, price was as quoted. Everything was explained to us, various types of roofing we could have, etc. Very friendly, everything was fitted perfectly, and when completed, the old roof and all debris were taken away by them. The window frames, etc, were all cleaned down, and everywhere was left very tidy. They were brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Excellent, trustworthy trader.
This is the third time I've used Secure A Home (which says it all really!) and once again they did a brilliant job, this time replacing my living room window. They also replaced a faulty pane in a bedroom window, which sadly I couldn't get the original installer from a few years back to sort out, despite being in the guarantee period. Secure A Home offers good pricing, honest advice, excellent communication throughout, they work hard on the day, and tidy up well. They're polite and friendly too. In spite of being a small family business (which is great to support), they are very professional and send all guarantees for the work done immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future. If only all traders were like this! Thanks, Austyn, Jess, and Alf.

Windows and door.
After researching local window installations, we were impressed with the reviews for secure a home .We arranged for Austyn to give us a quote.Austyn was very friendly,and knowledgeable giving us a no pressure sell leaving us to decide on the suggestions and options provided. Austyn also was able to send virtual images of what the new windows would look like,which was very useful to make a decision.we decided to go with Secure a home they arrived on time,worked efficiently and maintained a clean work space throughout the project,cleaning up after themselves every day. We had new windows,front door ,garage door, patio doors they all look great . We totally recommend Secure a home ,and will have no hesitation in using them in the future.

Highly efficient, hard working & great job done from start to finish
We had all our soffits, facias, drainpipes & guttering replaced on our detached property. We also had a pane of glass replaced in our conservatory & some resealing done. From Austyn’s initial visit, we were given a date, informed how long the works would take & from the first day on the job were kept fully informed of what was being done & when, and he totally delivered. The plan went like clockwork & an excellent job was done over 4 days. We have used Secure A Home 3 times now and will do so again without hesitation. They have always provided a first-class service every time with excellent communications, attention to detail, 100% reliability & nothing is ever too much trouble. You know you’re going to be totally satisfied on completion because they genuinely care about the job in hand, and it shows. Would highly recommend Secure A Home every time, you won’t be disappointed. Cannot speak highly enough of Austyn & his team. Thank you as always for doing such a fabulous job for us 😊
