He came on time to do the work over 3 days and worked hard. He completed on time and left the site very clean and tidy. He was adaptable and was willing and able to amend the project as requested. "Agreed instructions for footings which I had dug out 300mm deep using levels x 600mm wide as he asked for he came the day after and asked me to dig it another 300mm - 500mm deeper which he was then satisfied with.He now says I dug it too deep. He Set out the columns wrong and got aggressive shouting and screaming and threatened to knock the wall down scaring my wife and kids who came to the window with all the commotion, he then measured it and agreed he was wrong and said he would rectify it.
