Really happy with the work Barney and his team did transforming our back garden with a new patio and turfed lawn. They carried out the work professionally and efficiently and I would recommend their work to friends and family.
We are absolutely delighted with the new driveway Select Driveways and Patios have done for us. It was obvious from when Barney first came round to quote for the job that he had vast experience in his trade. He provided us with excellent guidance on the layout, types of materials, colours etc. He also made some great suggestions such as for keeping the small planted area in front of the house. Thanks to Barney, Paul, Tom and the boys - we honestly couldn't be happier with the end result.
Barney and his guys did a first class job, they were great with the neighbours as it was a big job in a small cul de sac. They delivered exactly what was promised and left the place spotless. I would most definitely recommend Select Drives.

Really impressed from the outset with Barney and the team. Right from the initial contact from Barney to say he'd received my enquiry and the date he would respond through to the work they did, was great. His team are courteous and professional and were here early morning till the end of the day and got the job done in a quick timeframe. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend speaking to Barney about your job.

Brilliant work by Barney and his team from Select Driveways and Patios. Don’t have one negative thing to say about them. Excellent job, punctual, communicative, flexible and very helpful. If you need your driveway and patio doing i would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Barney and his team carried out some works on a patio at my property and from start to finish the process was honestly faultless. Communication as the project progressed was excellent and each day Barney was on site checking on the quality of works and leading his hard working friendly team. Never have I seen a team of lads work so hard taking literally 10mins each day for a spot of lunch. At the end of a hard days work they still found the energy to leave both my property and the street spotlessly clean. The fact that his lads have been working together for 20 years shows a solid bond which shows in their work ethic and a happy team will always produce superior results. The final result was fantastic and also tidied up some of my rubbish laying around for free, so it didn't spoil the effect of their work😂. I have no affiliation with this company and found them by flicking through check-a-trade but would 100% recommend them for any drive or landscaping type works. Many thanks
Absolutely fantastic from the very start. Great initial meeting, lots of advice and ideas to help get what we wanted done. When they arrived everyone was polite, respectful, professional and incredibly hard working. Very high quality workmanship with a super detailed approach. Also for what is a messy job they were incredibly tidy! Couldn’t recommend enough

Barney and the team did a superb job from start to finish, from taking up the old concrete slabs, repointing some brickwork, then laying our new patio - tiles to the side and Indian sandstone to the rear. I can’t fault the job in any way and would recommend them to anyone.
This company has done a number of driveways, paths and patios in our area and their work is always excellent. Barney and his team are extremely professional, polite and hard working. They take a pride in a their work. They arrive early and work long days and completed our patio and many paths around our house and garage in just 6 days. Communication with Barney and the team was excellent as there were several challenges regarding steps and misaligned grids (that they straightened) and wonky walls around our property that they had to deal with. Everywhere was left tidy and there were no hidden extras. The result is fantastic and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Barney, Alan, Paul and Tommo.
We found Select Driveways based on google reviews and we were very glad we found them. Barney and the team were highly professional and polite from the initial consultation through to the completion of the project. We were very satisfied with the end result and the team's attention to fine detail. They left the site very tidy at completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Select Driveways!

We asked Select to remove our 25 year old block paving and effectively replace in a similar format. Barney talked us through the options but let us decide what we wanted to proceed with and the work was completed ahead of time, on cost and very satisfactorily. His team were very hard working and courteous and took a clear pride in their work. The whole job was completed in four and a half days, ahead of schedule. Most of the time was spent in preparation and, having had a full Manchester rainfall since completion, the drive has passed that test! We would have no hesitation in recommending using Barney and his team at Select.
